Chicken Pot Pie in Air Fryer

Equipment

  • air fryer
  • 4 ramekins

Ingredients  

  • dough sheets
  • 1 cup chicken gravy
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Spray ramekins with cooking spray.
  • Cut dough sheets into 6×6″ squares.
  • Place squares into the ramekins. Push the dough into the bottom of the ramekins.
  • Air fry dough at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, gravy, and spices.
  • Stir until the gravy coats the chicken and vegetables thoroughly.
  • Fill each ramekin with chicken gravy mix.
  • Top with another square of dough.
  • Cut a small X into the top of the dough.
  • Air fry at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Until the dough is golden brown and the inside mixture is hot.
  • Serve in the ramekins.
