Air Fryer Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry

Whether you’re hosting friends, preparing school snacks, or just craving something warm and cheesy, these ham and cheese puff pastries will hit the spot.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or mozzarella)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 teaspoon water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet slightly on a floured surface.
  3. Cut into 4 equal squares.
  4. Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over into a triangle or rectangle, sealing the edges with a fork.
  6. Beat the egg with water and brush the tops of the pastries with the egg wash.
  7. Place pastries in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  8. Cook for 8–10 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness!

  • Use parchment paper or a silicone liner for easy cleanup.
